Hi again everyone i found my problem.

 

I use grase hotspot with ubiquiti unifi equipment and in unifi equipement we
can choose to isolate client from other to deny network access and it was
the problem. As we cant access network we cant access 10.1.0.1 so we cant be
redirect to the portal webpage. So i uncheck Guest Policies (Client
Isolation) option and it fix the problem J

 

Actually im testing the 1.3.4 version of hotspot and everything work great !
