Hi Rebecca.

You'll need to check the Lusca config files for the port it listens on, 
and the addresses it allows to connect. From memory, it needs to listen 
on port 3128. It also needs to listen in "transparent proxy" mode. It's 
been awhile since I worked with squid2 config files. In squid 3 you 
change the http_port line from "http_port 3128" to "http_port 3128 
transparent". You'll need to check the docs for Lusca.
