Thanks for letting me know about this Brian. When ever I update the 
grase-repo package, I forget to update the link in the install 
instructions. I've also moved the server for the packages.

The new (current) grase-repo package is at
http://packages.grasehotspot.org/pool/main/g/grase-repo/grase-repo_1.2_all.deb

I'll update the instructions.
