Currently nothing specific to Grase Hotspot.
The Freeradius log files will have login attempts and rejects.
Open a feature request and include the url 
http://wiki.freeradius.org/FAQ#How+do+I+log+failed+login+attempts+in+a+SQL+database%3F 
that has some information on how to implement it.
