This suggests (and given your previous email) that Squid can't resolve
the DNS addresses.
Check the contents of your /etc/resolv.conf file, it should point to
your upstream DNS servers. Or, it should point to 127.0.0.1 and allow
the local dnsmasq to do the resolving for it.
