 OpenVPN is limited to "username" length of 64 chars.
 Currently we use 2012.vpn.grasehotspot.net as the end of the username, and
 have macaddress and hostname before that. Some clients with really long
 hostname cause problems, so limit length of hostname so we fit in 64
 chars.
