Comment:

 As this breaks the VPN badly, a fix is now included in the VPN packaging.
 This isn't a complete fix, but as the VPN is often installed, it works. We
 can just add the script to both packages and ensure it gets run regardless
 of which one is installed? (Uses ntp every 10 minutes if it detects we are
 in the past)
