I think you misunderstood.
He Only want the lines where that file is mentioned, not the other stuff in the syslog as that is irrelevant to him.

That can be done with this command:
==
grep /usr/share/grase/scripts/update_grase_networksettings.sh /var/log/syslog > grase-log.txt
==
This will produce a new file, grase-log.txt. Attach and email that file, grase-log.txt
