 We have a "loop" occurring.
 We provide the option of ignore bogus NX domains, and returning the real
 NX domain when we occur that ip address in dnsmasq. However, we resolve a
 hostname to ip in the network settings script, to get this ip address for
 hit-nxdomain.opendns.com. What happens when we do this, is each loop (5
 minutes) we firstly resolv the ip correctly, then the next loop ignores
 that ip as it's "bogus" so we remove it from the network settings (causing
 a hotspot "Restart") and then we start again.
