 This appears to be related to the Freeradius issue. As we don't have a
 ticket for the freeradius issue I'll update both issues here.
 As of r28 in the grase-conf-freeradius package, we now have a perl module
 doing the sqlcounter, it still needs more testing but it appears to be
 working!
