 Need a "cleanup" button or buttons. One that can remove all expired and
 "finished" users. I.e. all users who have finished all their limits, and
 so can't login (this could be very tricky to determin with groups, but
 useful)
 Also, a button that can "cleanup" sessions so we can archive them if they
 aren't needed
