Hi Tim.
We have noticed that many devices, when are shutdown or away from the
network are prompted to soon to reintroduce its login data.
We have defined the 3600 seconds (1 hour) timeout. Suppose we have an
iphone that has logged in into the hotspot network and is now navigating,
and we put it to sleep or directly shut down. After 5 or 10 minutes we
wake up the phone, and the user is prompted again to introduce its login
data.
Setting higher idletimeout values does not resolve the problem.
Best regards,
Hector Blanco.
