Can you please let us know what versions of things you are running. 
Firstly, Ubuntu X or Debian X? And also is it 64bit or 32bit. Lastly, 
what coova-chilli version it is.

If you run the following commands and copy and paste it should help us. 
(Each line is a new command, the $ is to represent a command prompt, you 
don't type the $)
$ uname -a
$ lsb_release -a
$ apt-cache policy 'grase-*' coova-chilli
