Hi Tim

1) is there a way to import usernames and passwords to the system from a csv
to the system

 

2)Is there ways to allow a username and password to extend their bandwidth
on their own if you've given them permission to.

Do you mean a combined limit for a group? No

You can put a daily data limit on a group, which will apply to the users,
but the limit is per user not per group. (Think of the group kinda like a
template that applies to the users).

 

Look in the groups section for recurring limits.
