Apologises everyone. As it as a backport, it was using the old build
system. The new build system I have now only requires me to change the
version number in one place, while the old one required me to change it in
2 places. I've now fixed it and built 3.7.7.8 which just has the version
number correctly changed. Packages have been uploaded.

To upgrade, run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install grase-www-portal
