Sorry to everyone that installed the latest stable version over the last
week or so. It seems the last build I did was broken for new installs, but
worked for upgrades.

I've released 3.7.7.9 which should fix the bug for new installs and
upgrades.

Please upgrade by running:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install grase-www-portal
