I've split the squid package into a 3.1 and a 3.3 version (in the
nightlies). You may need to force it to install the correct one if you are
upgrading, I hope to make the upgrade smoother in the future.

Those running nightlies should be able to run of the following commands to
get the upgrade to work.
For Squid 3.1 (Debian 7)
apt-get install grase-conf-squid3-3.1 grase-conf-squid3-
For Squid 3.3 (Ubuntu 14.04)
apt-get install grase-conf-squid3-3.3 grase-conf-squid3-
