Hi Tim, 

Sorry for this question!

I'm from Venenezuela.

I have installed ubuntu server 12.04 LTS and every things works fine, but 
when I want create an Admin user with other level, I can't do that because 
only let me create a user without modified the level. All Users a can 
create have de same level that Admin User.

It's posible do that on v3.7.7.11 release, or I must install Nightly?
