2014-10-01 - not getting login screen

Hi,

I have a completed installation running, which allows me a connection to 
the internet using the Hotspot's IP address as gateway, but I don't get an 
authentication screen, it simply allows me to browse the Internet unimpeded.

What do I need to check?
