Hi Tim,

usually I do a restart not that often. Due to some hardware issues in our 
virtualization environment I had to power down the servers a few times 
during the last days.
But maybe I found a solution for virtualization environments: Do not power 
off the machines, just suspend them or put them in "pause", as this will 
save the memory. So the machine is in the same state as before.
