I was not active when new login portal designed. So sorry if this 
question is explained earlier.

When testing user login trough login page, and intentionally wrong 
password entered, a message showed up in pink :
"Login Failed due to server error. Please try again"

and another message just beneath the first in regular color:
"Login Failed. Please check your username and password"

Is that first message necessary at all? I was confused. User will be too.
