Using the old build not the nightly on Ubuntu Server 12, need to know how 
to purge the mac Address of a deleted "Computer user" so when re-created it 
will not have history of GiB downloaded or current restrictions/limitations 
associated with this Mac Address. For some reason when adding GiB limits to 
the account it currently cuts off the user even when GiB are added?
