Hi Henry

I've not yet developed the interface for it, but CoovaChilli supports
Static IP's for clients doing MAC Auth ("Computer" accounts). You can
follow the Github issue at
https://github.com/GraseHotspot/grase-www-portal/issues/115 to see when I
implement the required parts. Alternatively, I believe if you put a
radreply item in the database for the computer account, and set a staticip
range in CoovaChilli, it should work.
