Hi Christopher,

Grase will expect DHCP from his WAN side or eth0, and will get its 
address there. In your case I would expect that your TPlink router acts 
as DHCP at his 4LAN ports.

On Grase LAN side, CoovaChilly (not Debian itself) is responsible for 
DHCP in 10.1.0.0 range.

If you don't touch anything at grase, and let everything as per design, 
it should work.

My question is do you have DHCP provider on TP-link-------Grase eth0 
network segment?

Other option is that you kick-out TP-link and plug grase directly to 
media converter on you wall.
