The problem with this method is that it must be done manually for each 
device.
In doing so the server can cause the server to respond to that address that 
in the hosts file is resolved locally, but to work with other devices would 
have to modify each dispostivo.
For example in Windows:
windows / sitem32 / drivers / etc / hosts

and add
10.1.0.1 grase.local


same with android, ios and all systems and could get the server's response in 
each case: grase.local/uam/....

I do not know whether to modify the hosts file on the server could solve the 
local name for the terminals connected.

And what settings should add in grasehotspot for this to work.
