Any android chrome user has this problem... Google "broke" captive portals 
redirection, thanks to the HTTP to HTTPS forced redirect, if you check the 
internet, you can see a lot of posts about this, for 
instance: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=662150&can=2&start=0&num=100&q=&colspec=ID%20Pri%20M%20Stars%20ReleaseBlock%20Component%20Status%20Owner%20Summary%20OS%20Modified&groupby=&sort=

We can only wait, or hope that the customer uses a browser other than 
Chrome (just in android i mean).
