2- Anyone know how to make automatically connect an Android to system and 
open browser ?

Edit your /etc/chilli/config and type this at the end of the file to 
overwrite anything you have configured before;

HS_DNS1=$HS_UAMLISTEN
HS_DNS2=$HS_UAMLISTEN
HS_UAMDOMAINS=""

And restart chilli.

Usually everybody uses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as their DNS (which are googles) 
and then android dont open the browser.
