Installed raspbian minimal with a usb network card.
Disabled wifi and bluetooth by banning them.
I have successfully installed Grase Hotspot on rpi3 with 2 eth.
Worked like a charm until first restart.
I make no updates or modiffications after installes Grase and worked.
Now i powered on the RPi and.... it gives me IP but does not open the 
browser to take me to login page.
In Rpi process list:
