Hi Alexandre

There is nothing in particular blocking VPN's. What kind of VPN is it? 
What port does it use? What ip range does it assign you? You'll need to 
be logged in to the hotspot before the VPN can connect, but other than 
that, it should work unless it tries to use port 80 (as port 80 goes 
through squid).
