This is 2 different issues. Using a group with expiry of "+2 days" lets 
the user use it for the next 48 hours. Using a timelimit of 2 days lets 
them use 48 hours worth, over however long they like until they hit the 
expiry. i.e. If the expiry is 4 weeks, they can use 48 hours worth over 
the next 4 weeks.

It shouldn't be limited. In local speed tests I can get full LAN speeds. 
What hardware are you running on, and are both tests done over wireless 
or wired? What is your network setup, wired, wireless etc?
