hello all,

I've followed all the advices,

1th. update on openssl version 1.x
2th. uninstall www grase portal
3th. Installing latest version www-grase-portal with deletion of the SQL DB
4th installation and the latest compelierung Coova-chilli pack 1.2.9
5th uninstall and installation of grase freeradius
6th    update and upgrade the systems

coova-chilli and freeradius working properly, have it checked in the 
debug mode.

Everything has been of no avail, I still get the same error,

even after the update is "/classes/Locale.class.php" not exist!

I think it's funny the client 192.168.11.1 reports the error, which is 
the Internet gateway - dd-wrt router software.

Error is still that is not the radmin page filled with content, if I 
delete the radmin SQL DB at least the error message is not available MD2.

What else can I do, am grateful for any solution-making!
