Hi Tim,
I understand that the Grase system is based on "tickets" but what I would
like to do is let regular users keep their usernames when they renew.
However, I don't see how I can reset a user's "Data Usage" back to zero,
which would be necessary to manage it this way. Is it possible or could it
be possible to have this feature?
