 We realy would like to have the ability to set the dhcp-scope by the admin
 interface, because we want to add devices with static ip-addresses in the
 network.

 The dhcp-scope can be set by adding the lines
 dhcpstart X (for example 10)
 dhcpend   Y (for example 220)

 to the /etc/chilli/local.conf file.
 Only now this file will be overwritten by grase.
