I just did the same configuration with a wireless router as access point
and a wired router for testing, works great on repeater mode, So my guess
is the problem somewhere oin the Grase Hotspot system. This is the
layout... where I have the problem...

Have a router as an access point (bridge mode) connected to the ubuntu
server... Everything works fine..

Connected repeater to access point where the grase system is.... Repeater
is connected fine..
Computer gets ip address from the Server DHCP
Can connect to the repeater and router setup utility
Can't access the internet or the portal page, it comes out as page not
available...

Tried the same setup but instead of connecting access point to the ubuntu
server, i connected to the regular wired router
everything works fine

I am really needing help in this.. since is very important to fix this
problem
