I'll have to dig around and verify. It should only be creating usernames 
with ASCII chars, so that's a bit odd. Can you send me an example PDF 
and also what the user names and passwords should be. (When you create 
the batch initially, it should list them all in a table, so just create 
a new batch of about 5).
