 Tiers would be nice too, 10GB usage drops to 512kbps 20GB usage drops to
 128kbps 40GB usage drops to 64kbps.

 I do this with a custom PHP UAM portal that alters the users account in
 MySQL when they are kicked off and they just login again but its a pretty
 ghetto way of doing it IMO.
