Hi Tim

One of my users purchased a 500 Mb ticket from me a few days ago (Sat 27 
April). Somehow he managed to use 10 Gb over the next few days before I 
could do anything about it.
I have been running the hotspot with Grase without issue for nearly two 
years, so I know it's got to be something new.

Please let me know what logs I can provide you with if you need to check 
further.
