You should find that from within the WAN network assuming you have other computers there you can go to http://<win-ip>/grase/radmin<http://%3cwin-ip%3e/grase/radmin>

If you mean from the internet itself, you will need a VPN, or perhaps pass the request over your firewall (hopefully using port redirection to obfuscate the access)

I've got one question, is there any method I can login the web console from WAN interface?

My system enviornment is totally based on the basic install instruction.
