Hi Tim, this hidden options are really good :)

just to let you know, when i change value character length  in 
passwordLength and usernameLength, they do not reflect to real numbers of 
characters
for example:

when set: usernameLength - value 1, it generate tickets with: 5 characters
when set: passwordLength - value 3, it generate ticket with: 4 characters

is it suppose to be like this ???
