I've added a simple page that shows all the settings (Radmin stored
settings) and allows you to add/edit any setting. It will make it very easy
to break things, as no validation is done. However it will make it possible
to update hidden settings.

Some of the new hidden settings include the ability to change username and
password length for automatically generated users.
