Let clear few things.
Assuming we are talking about simple networking, which means all nodes
are parts of same single subnet.
Meaning: all players are in 10.1.0.0/24 more clear: 10.1.0.1 to
10.1.0.254 (254 total nodes can co-egsist at any moment in this subnet.
DHCP also plays in this range. Or it will orcestrating in narrow range
if we tell that to DHCP.
Now two things you need to do.
Set all static nodes you wish with addresses where DHCP will not lease
any (....2 to ....49 if previous example refered)
Do not set any static node in range where DHCP acts ....50 to ...254
refered to same example.
Let (set) all other nodes at automatic IP.
There should be no conflicts then.

Don't set same address twice. Don't set 10.1.0.1 to any other node
because this is Grase own address.

Better?
