Hello Tim,

I just figured out that the download speed doesn't reach a higher value 
than 400Kb/s. Our internet connection offers 1600kb/s. I changed nothing in 
the squid config and I'm using the default nameservers. Actually my release 
is the v3.7.7.11.330.gb7c33b0.

Do you have any suggestions how to fix this problem?
