Hi Tim,

we are running Grase on VMWare Hypervisor, with 2x 3,3 GHz, 2 GB RAM and 2 
network adapters (VMXNET 3).

The funny thing is: today I started the speed test again and voila: I got 
the full 16Mbps. It's kind of strange, because the test conditions were the 
same as yesterday (no users connected, no other traffic on the global WAN 
interface).
If this problem happens again I just try to change the interface emulation 
type.
