Hey Tim,

Trying a fresh nightly install on Ubuntu 14.04.2 server x64 and receive the 
same error, DBVersion is 2.6, DBSchemaVersion is 2.3.

granting access to database radmin for radmin@localhost: success.
verifying access for radmin@localhost: success.
creating database radmin: success.
verifying database radmin exists: success.
populating database via sql...  done.
dbconfig-common: flushing administrative password
Upgrading DB failed: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 
Column 'value' cannot be null: 23000
Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.19-0ubuntu6.6) ...

Not sure what to do next, any help is greatly appreciated.
