Hi Tim

After all the good improvements and updates i think we missing the ability 
to backup the database of all portal configurations - users, customizations 
etc. If done in admin portal - no need to poke around in linux to do this. 
NOTE: database backup must be available to all admin users - and database 
restore available only to main admin.
