hello everyone :
I have an older version of grase installed for a hospital hotspot .

a problem has happened, The users page in admin panel wont open . every
other page opens.
also no user can login , both computer accounts and user are directed to
login page but when accrendials are entered nothing happens.
Ad this is a big hospital there are many users can anyone tell me what is
wrong ?
Has something happened to SQL?
should I upgrade or re install the software ?
if yes will i loose the database ?
I would really appreciate your help
