Hi Nazanin

First thing, check if there is anything else odd with the system. Disks
full. Crashed processes.
Try a reboot.

Did you upgrade any system packages?

Check the Apache error logs. Check that Freeradius, Coova Chilli, MySQL,
Apache, Dnsmasq, are all running.

Without more information, it's hard to know the problem.
