Hi Luis

There is an open bug for getting the usermin section translated. It's not
hard, I just haven't put much effort into that section.

Any strings that aren't translated elsewhere, check if it needs to be
updated on Transifex or my code. File bugs against the code if it's missing
the tags in code.
