Hi!
I'm using the 3.8.0~rc1 grase suite release, and i see that most of it is 
translated.

But i see that the users interface is not.

$IP/grase/radmin/usermin

Is there a file that i could add translations so they are enabled? or are 
they not yet implemented.
So in order to get it translate do i need to hard/hand translate some file 
for it to show up?

In any case which file sould i be looking for?

BTW, i'm also helping on transferix so maybe next week we'll hit 100% on 
Spanish :)
