As i search around i find out something interesting:

You just need : *jquery.min.js*   and  * jquery.qrcode.min.js*

I test it in nightly build and works.
For qrcode i use "http://10.1.0.1/grase/uam/hotspot?
Test made on xperia android with "neoreader" and on voucher scan it auto 
login

But i cant make a nice looking coupon as i see on demo above, im not css 
expert

That is need the above extension

But... i need help in css to make a good looking voucher.
